Using the @Print website responsibly
The website is provided for business and informational use by clients, suppliers and visitors seeking printing, design and related services in Randfontein and surrounding West Rand areas. You may browse our pages, submit an enquiry through the contact form and review service details for print products such as business cards, flyers, posters, banners and stickers.
You must not use the site in any way that is unlawful, harmful or disruptive. This includes attempting unauthorised access, copying content for misleading use, interfering with forms or systems, or using the site to send false or abusive material. We may limit access where necessary to protect our systems, staff and clients.
Content, artwork and intellectual property
All website text, page structure, images, layout, logos, artwork samples, service descriptions and downloadable material are owned by or licensed to Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd, unless stated otherwise. This material is protected by South African and international intellectual property law.
- You may view and print pages for your own business reference.
- You may not reproduce, publish, edit, distribute or sell our content without written permission.
- Client artwork supplied for printing remains subject to the rights granted by the client to use that material.
- Any logo refreshes, artwork redraws or proofing updates requested from us remain part of the working file record unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Quotes, orders and production requirements
Any request sent through the enquiry form is treated as a request for a quote or service discussion, not as a binding order. A job only becomes confirmed once specifications, quantities, artwork, pricing and timelines have been agreed and accepted by both parties.
For digital print work, turnaround times depend on file readiness, stock availability, finishing requirements and current production load. Same-day service may be possible for some jobs in Randfontein, Krugersdorp, Westonaria, Mogale City and Roodepoort, but this is not guaranteed. File quality, spelling, sizing and layout are the client’s responsibility unless an artwork service has been requested and approved.
- All print sizes, colours and finishes must be checked before approval.
- We may reject unsuitable files, low-resolution images or unlawful content.
- Extra costs may apply where proofing, redraws or reprints are needed after approval.
Pricing, payment and supply terms
Prices may change without notice where paper, vinyl, ink, labour or supplier costs move. A quoted price is valid only for the period stated in that quote, or if no period is stated, for a reasonable time based on the job scope. All amounts are in South African Rand unless stated otherwise.
We may require payment before production starts, especially for custom artwork, urgent orders or large print runs. Where credit terms are agreed, payment must be made in full by the due date. We reserve the right to pause production, withhold release of finished goods or decline future work if accounts remain overdue.
Proofs, approvals and client responsibility
Proofs are supplied to help clients check spelling, layout, contact details, crop marks, colour expectations and size. Once a proof is approved, the client accepts responsibility for all final details, including any errors that were visible on the proof. This includes content for menus, brochures, forms and banner artwork.
Printing on certain materials can vary slightly due to paper type, ink absorption, environmental conditions and machine settings. Coastal humidity, load-shedding interruptions and differences between screen colour and printed colour can affect the final result. Small variations are normal in commercial printing and do not, by themselves, make a job defective.
Liability limits and governing law
To the fullest extent allowed by law, @Print and Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, business interruption or damage arising from website use, delayed enquiries, unauthorised access, third-party systems or misuse of information on the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or a specific service is limited to the amount paid for that service, where applicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute should first be raised with us in writing so that we can try to resolve it fairly and promptly. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
- We may update these terms from time to time.
- Continued use of the site means you accept the revised terms.
- Clients remain responsible for compliance with municipal, advertising and content rules that apply to their own material.
